Annette Holt, Office Manager
My name is Annette, The Office Manager for Synergy Dental Group. I have worked at this practice since 2004 and I love it. One of the best things about my job is getting to know our patients and working with them throughout their treatment with billing and insurance. I like to call my co workers and bosses my work family. Not only are the Doctors very skilled and professional, they liven the office with their quick wit and sense of humor, making Synergy Dental the practice it is. I look forward to coming in to work to see my “Synergy Sisters” and planning fun activities with them outside the office.
I am an Arizona native. I’ve been married for twenty five years to my husband, Ron. We enjoy going for walks, out to movies and being together. I enjoy home decorating and cooking, especially making family dinners. The best thing about being a mother to four, is being a grandmother to fourteen. What I look forward to most is going on vacations with my kids and grandkids, building strong relationships and making lasting memories.
Marisa Kobar, RDH
My name is Marisa, and I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist for Synergy Dental Group. I’ve been with Synergy Dental Group since 1990, and enjoy encouraging my patients to achieve optimal oral healthcare. “Teeth are boring, the people are fun” – I love getting to know my patients! An unhealthy mouth can affect a person’s overall health. At Synergy Dental Group, I will help my patients achieve their optimum oral health and keep their smiles for a lifetime.
I am a native of “The Land Of OZ – Kansas”. I currently live in Gilbert with my husband, John and son, Austin, and our dachshund, RayRay. In my free time, I enjoy running, spinning, scrapbooking, reading, traveling and jewelry making. I am involved in the Chandler High School Boys Basketball Boosters. Go Wolves! I am an active member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association since 1986, and an active member of the East Valley Dental Hygiene Society. I have held positions on the state level as well as the component level.

Hello, My name is Gail. I am a Hygienist for Synergy Dental Group. I have been a part of this great practice since 1998. I enjoy what our dental team brings to the table each day. One of my goals is to help patients connect their dental care with their overall health.
I am a native of the windy city in Illinois, and currently live in Mesa with my husband, children and grandchildren. Being a grandparent is a big plus in my life! My hobbies are cooking and entertaining. Creating gingerbread houses at Christmas is my specialty!
Candy Cheatham, RDH
Hello, my name is Candy, and I’m a registered dental hygienist. I’ve been with Synergy Dental Group since 2007, and enjoy treating patients, and educating them on how to maintain a healthy mouth. I also love getting to know my patients and building a relationship with each of them.
I am an Arizona native and currently live in Mesa with my husband and three boys. In my free time, I enjoy driving my three boys to their never-ending activities such as basketball, baseball and football practices and games. I also love to spend time with my family and friends doing anything and everything.

My name is Annie, and I’m a dental hygienist for Synergy Dental Group. I’ve been with Dr. Adams and Dr. Ellingson since 2003. I enjoy our fun office “family”, our great, caring dentists, and being able to help our wonderful patients achieve great oral health. I also love our Hawaiian Day and Halloween! Our office rocks!! You’ll have a blast if you happen to have an appointment on one of those days.
I am a native of Phoenix and currently live in Mesa with my husband, Mike, and our kids, Katie and Matthew. In my free time, I enjoy reading, dancing, and off roading, and working out. I also enjoy getting together with hygienists in our Arizona Dental Hygiene Association meetings
Daniella LaDolce-O’Brien, RDH
My name is Daniella and I’m one of the Dental Hygienists for Dr. Scott Adams and Dr. David and Matt Ellingson. I’ve been with this practice since 2000 and enjoy the camaraderie we have as a dental team. I look forward to coming to work. I have been a dental hygienist for over 26years and love what I do. I have had 8 years experience in a periodontal practice, which has given me opportunities to succeed in arresting periodontal disease, and motivating my patients to keep their mouths healthy. Coming to Synergy Dental Group is like no other. The doctors are very fair and honest with treatment options and treat their patients as they would their own family
We as a team are required to continue our education to improve and expand our knowledge of dentistry. We love to have fun at our office and you will notice that when you enter the practice. The doctors treat each and everyone of us with the utmost respect and show their appreciation several times a year by taking us on trips, to the theatre, dinners, lunches and lots of parties! I am a native of Rochester, New York, and went to the State University of New York at Rochester. I currently live in Mesa with my 3 beautiful boys. In my free time, I enjoy working out, running, traveling, cooking, and socializing with my girlfriends and coworkers.

Hello, my name is Laurie and I am a hygienist for the Synergy Dental Group. I started in this practice in 1989. I work part-time now. I honestly believe that there is no better group of dedicated, quality, and genuinely caring people, as the staff here at Synergy Dental Group. It is wonderful to walk in the door and feel so at home.
My favorite reason for continuing my hygiene career is being able to make a difference in the oral health and general well-being of a patient with each visit. I love people and connecting with them, finding out about their lives. Making sure I have met a patient’s dental needs is everything to me.
I am a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and currently live in Mesa. I enjoy gardening, spending time with grandchildren, movies, and volunteering in Mexico. I have been a member of the Flying Samaritans for the past 18 years. This organization enables me to give back to the poor of the Baja and, as it usually goes, I receive 10 fold.

I joined the Synergy Team Oct. 24, 2011 as a Dental Assistant. I love it here! Everyone here truly works as a team to accomplish the best patient care possible. The Dr.s are very respectful to us and their patients and the atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, and fun. I feel proud to refer anyone here because I know they will be treated like family and the work they receive will be quality. I love meeting new people and helping them feel more comfortable in a situation that can be stressful to many. I get to meet many interesting people here and I’m grateful for those opportunities.
My late husband and I are blessed with 5 great kids who keep me smiling, I love spending time with them and watching them grow and progress. In my free time I enjoy reading, running, movies, scuba diving, traveling, and going to the beach or lakes with my family and friends.
